Shrub 2-3 m tall. Leaves, located on short shoots, are simple and lanceolata. Leaves on long shoots are trifoliate, serrate in the upper part, entire margin in the lower third. The flowers are rich yellow. Flowering in March and April. The fruits are double capsules. Shoots: Shoots thin, squared (with cork lines), yellow-brown to yellow-green with warty lenticels. The core of the shoot is stripped, in nodes full. Natural range: Hybrid of F. suspensa × F. viridissima.

Buds

Buds are spindle-shaped, spiky, squared, light brown. Scales are on the edge ciliate. Sometimes there are more lateral buds, one above another.
